What is it?
A gentle internal cleanse
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonic irrigation, uses a pencil-thin tube that sits just 3 cm inside the anal opening to gently introduce purified, temperature-regulated water into the colon. The body naturally releases the water along with accumulated waste. No drugs or chemicals are used, just filtered, temperature-controlled water.
The gentle, gravity-fed filling and emptying of the colon hydrates the bowel and helps activate its natural peristaltic (muscular) movement, which can improve digestive transit time. The whole process is odourless, hygienic and uses only single-use disposable equipment.

What to expect
Before
Avoid heavy meals for around 2 hours beforehand. Light foods, steamed vegetables, soups and smoothies, are ideal, and aim for 1–2 litres of water across the day.
During
A session lasts around 40–45 minutes. You undress privately from the waist down and stay comfortably draped throughout. A pencil-thin disposable tube, sitting just 3 cm inside the anal opening, is self-inserted, then warm water flows in gently and releases naturally.
After
Many people feel lighter and more energised. We provide a probiotic and electrolyte drink, and recommend light, easily digestible foods for the rest of the day.
